Dining Room Supervisor/Co-Owner

Chances are when you enter GW Fins, Patti Wollerman is the first person who will greet you. Since the opening of GW Fins, Patti has been the dining room supervisor. Her focus is to create a raving fan out of each guest who enters the restaurant. With her welcoming and engaging personality, Patti sets the scene for a truly memorable dining experience at GW Fins.

Along with her husband, managing partner Gary Wollerman, Patti has worked in the restaurant industry for close to 30 years. She began her career at Houlihan’s in Atlanta, Ga., first as a server, then as a restaurant manager. Patti quickly worked her way up to become a member of the corporate training team for Houlihan’s and was responsible for training servers at 20 Houlihans across the country.

Patti and Gary have three children. Their oldest daughter, Marin, serves as GW Fins’ Group Sales Manager and bookkeeper. Their other two children, Cole and Regan, have worked in various positions at GW Fins.
