As a member of the owner’s family, Marin has worked at GW Fins since the opening of the restaurant. Her first position was at the Front Desk, where she was selected by Esquire magazine as the “Hostess of the Year.”
Marin graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. After graduation she worked for Los Angeles-based Innovative Dining Group.
After a year in Los Angeles, Marin returned to New Orleans and has filled many roles in the restaurant, eventually taking over the Group Sales and Accounting Office.
