It’s the time of year so many locals look forward to – the New Orleans COOLinary dining experience! Beginning this Wednesday, July 14th, Executive Chef Michael Nelson will be creating dishes highlighting the most pristine seafood and fabulously fresh, local ingredients for a stellar 3-course menu that our guests can enjoy in addition to our Daily Menu Sundays through Thursdays.
Below is a sample menu only. As with our Daily Menu, our COOLinary Dinner menu changes every evening depending on the fresh catch we receive that day. This year, COOLinary will be held from July 14 – September 5th.
