Join Chef Tenney Flynn in celebrating the culture of New Orleans at this year’s New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival!
It’s the best time of the year in New Orleans, and Chef Tenney Flynn is ready to join in on the fun! With the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival starting in less than a week, festival goers are getting their outfits ready, planning their music schedule, and dreaming about the unforgettable food they’re about to devour over the next two weekends.
Come celebrate the music and culture of New Orleans on Friday, April 26, 2019 at the Food Heritage Stage where Chef Tenney will be hosting a cooking demonstration at 2:30pm. He will be preparing Sautéed Sheepshead with Sour Turnip Greens and Hot Water Cornbread and offering insight into the local cuisine and how to best cook it.
Demonstrations and interviews will be happening all day throughout the eight-day festival, so be sure to catch some of the city’s iconic culinary professionals during Jazz Fest’s 50th anniversary!
