We are looking forward to once again participating in the New Orleans Summer Culinary Event, COOLinary!
Throughout August, we will bring back this delicious tradition of offering a $39 three-course COOLinary Menu! This special menu will be available every Sunday through Thursday throughout the month of August.
Due to the fact that we print our menu daily based on the quality of fish available, the COOLinary Menu will also change daily and include the freshest seafood and produce available at that moment.
Each evening, guests will have the opportunity to select one dish from three options in each course – appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
Appetizers May Include:
- American Red Snapper Ceviche, Mango, Citrus, Crispy Yucca Chips
- Tempura Royal Red Shrimp, Green Apple Slaw, Vietnamese Glaze
- Local Chanterelles, Roasted Tomatoes, Soft Polenta, Goat Cheese
Entrées May Include:
- Crispy Soft Shell Crab, Maque Choux, Sweet Corn Spoonbread
- Wasabi Crusted Wahoo seared Rare with Pickled Ginger Slaw, Bok Choy, Sticky Rice and a Sweet Soy Butter
- Chicken Crusted Drum, Sautéed Drum with a Chicken Crackling Crust, Shiitakes, White Sweet Potatoes and Pecans in a Brown Butter
Desserts May Include:
- Warm Cherry Almond Cake, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Port Wine Glaze
- Alabama Peach Pana Cotta, fresh Raspberry
- Bourbon Pecan Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream
