GW Fins’ Annual Dining Special, Fins Feast, Returns This July!

Fins Feast Is Back!

Hot off the heels of Restaurant Week, we’re bringing back Fins Feast, our own 3-course Prix Fixe Menu, filled with the freshest flavors of the summer!

Our Fins Feast Menu will be offered in addition to our a la carte menu Sundays through Thursdays from July 5th through July 31st and is priced at $50 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.

Just like our a la carte menu, the Fins Feast Menu will change nightly to reflect the pristine fish and produce we receive each day. Below is a sample of some of the dishes that will be featured on this special menu.

Lobster Bisque, Maine lobster, cognac crème fraîche

Tempura Snapper Breast, Tempura fried, pickled vegetables, crispy noodle cake, Vietnamese glaze

Cast Iron Chicken Breast, Braised collard greens, mashed sweet potatoes, dirty rice, pan gravy

Prosciutto Crusted Drum, Whipped parsnips, shiitakes, green beans, pecans, brown butter

Third Course
(Choice of)

Cornmeal Blondie, Vanilla ice cream, caramel drizzle

Blueberry Upside Down Cake, Vanilla ice cream

House Made Sorbet, Daily selection
